What we do with your details.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, company name if you give one, email address or phone number, the site location, the date and time you need us, how you heard about us, anything you write in special requirements, and any plan or locate drawing you attach.

Why

To confirm availability, quote where needed, and turn up at the right place at the right time. That is the only purpose.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to the Hydro X operations team. The email is sent through a transactional email provider acting as our processor. It is not sold, shared or used for marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests stay in the Hydro X mailbox for as long as we need them to deliver the job and keep our records. The website does not keep a copy. Our website host and email provider keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and delivery records, to run and secure the service. They are overseas providers, so this information may be processed outside New Zealand, including in Australia and the United States.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly page analytics that do not set cookies or identify you. We record that a call or booking button was used, never who used it.

Your rights
